Maya and Edwin Davis

Maya and Edwin Davis are the co founders of Casco Yoga, a yoga studio and community space based in Casco Viejo, Panama City. Maya, originally from the Netherlands, completed her 200 hour teacher training in Nicaragua. Together, Maya and Edwin built Casco Yoga in 2016, creating a welcoming space for movement, connection, and healing in the heart of the city. Since then, Casco Yoga has grown through in person classes, online offerings, workshops, retreats, and a strong local community. Their approach is grounded in making yoga approachable, varied, and open to all, with classes designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Classes are taught in English, and everybody and every body is welcome.
