Adventure, Surf & Aerial Yoga Retreat is a Sansara Collective event hosted at Sansara Surf & Yoga Resort in Cambutal, Panama. Created in collaboration with Norah Flaherty of AIR Aerial Fitness and Azuero Adventures, this week long retreat blends fitness, aerial movement, surf, outdoor adventure, and restorative time by the Pacific Ocean. Guests can expect daily aerial yoga classes overlooking the ocean, myofascial release, yoga classes, an aerial tricks workshop, surf lessons, horseback riding, nature hikes, a boat trip to a national park and waterfall, turtle conservation, use of SUP boards and bikes, and beach bonfire celebrations when weather allows. The retreat is designed for travelers who want an active, playful, and adventurous wellness experience with enough luxury and relaxation to feel supported throughout the week.

A $200 discount is available on listed prices for sign ups before May 31, 2026. Complimentary shuttle pickup is only available from the recommended Panama City hotels. If staying elsewhere, guests can meet at The American Trade Hotel by 8:15am on departure morning. Guests should fly into Panama City International Airport, PTY. It is recommended to spend one night in Panama City before and after the retreat, on Saturday July 18 and Saturday July 25, 2026. Complimentary shuttle pickups from recommended Panama City hotels begin at 8:30am on Sunday July 19, 2026.
