Entre Olas y Raíces is a four night, five day Spanish language retreat for women hosted in Santa Catalina, Panama. Designed as more than a simple escape, this retreat invites guests to step out of routine, change rhythm, and reconnect with the body, creativity, joy, and a more alive way of living. Set in one of Panama’s most wild and beautiful coastal regions, the experience blends daily yoga, movement, journaling, cacao ceremony, fire ritual, ocean activation, Tibetan gong bath, creative workshops, women’s circles, conscious meals, and time in nature. The retreat is designed to feel deep without being heavy, offering a vibrant and expansive space for women ready to move, create, connect, and celebrate themselves. Guests can expect a mix of structured practices and spacious time for rest, beach hiking, optional Coiba island adventure, snorkeling, massage, surf, and personal reflection. We're an eco-aware beachfront space with great music, food and flow. Our luxurious casitas & treehouse are nestled on 2.5 acres of pristine coastline; where the jungle meets the ocean. We are on the way to the popular surf and dive town of Santa Catalina, but also hidden where travellers can immerse themselves in the undisturbed nature of Panama. Our open air restaurant & bar, “Sobremesa”, highlights a farm-to-table philosophy and features an array of cocktails and snacks for your enjoyment at our beachfront lounge or infinity pool. The beaches, surrounding islands, and snorkelling are pretty rad too, if that’s what you’re into.
