Freedom Yoga in Costa Rica is an intimate winter retreat designed to help participants begin the year with greater clarity, freedom, and balance. Set in Nosara’s tropical landscape and hosted at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, the experience combines daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, restorative practices, Ayurvedic learning, nourishing meals, and optional adventure. Led by Alie McManus during her 11th annual retreat in Costa Rica, the week intentionally balances movement with rest, structure with spaciousness, and connection with solitude. Many guests arrive solo and quickly become part of a supportive community. Between practices, participants can surf, explore waterfalls, relax by the pool, enjoy spa treatments, or simply slow down beneath the jungle canopy.
