Held at Vida Asana in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, the retreat blends energizing daily practice with spacious time for rest, reflection, and connection. The experience includes yoga, meditation, pranayama, self empowerment workshops, nourishing farm to table meals, and a half day excursion to the Rainmaker Conservation Project. This retreat is open to all levels, including beginners. Most guests come solo, and the environment is designed to feel welcoming and supportive. Private rooms are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Payment plans are available. Deposits are non refundable. If cancellation is made more than 90 days before the retreat, the balance paid, excluding the deposit, can be applied toward a future Inhale For Om retreat within 12 months. Within 90 days of the retreat, no refunds are given. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
