Retreat to Recharge, Panama is a seven night women’s retreat hosted at Catalina’s Hideaway in Santa Catalina, Panama. Set just steps from the beach, this retreat creates an intentional space for women to rest, strengthen inside and out, and reconnect with their own internal rhythm. Led by Ashley Holly, the experience blends daily yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork rituals, cacao ceremonies, private guidance, and time for adventure, reflection, and community. Surrounded by the raw beauty of Panama’s Pacific coastline, guests are invited to move, breathe, explore, laugh with new friends, and retreat into quiet whenever needed. The retreat includes nourishing meals, airport transfers, stand up paddleboarding, swimming at a secluded dark sand beach, private yoga consultation and bodyreading, and free time for journaling, sunsets, sunrises, long beach walks, and deep rest.

We are on the way to the popular surf and dive town of Santa Catalina, but also hidden where travellers can immerse themselves in the undisturbed nature of Panama. Our open air restaurant & bar, “Sobremesa”, highlights a farm-to-table philosophy and features an array of cocktails and snacks for your enjoyment at our beachfront lounge or infinity pool.
