Root II Rise Yoga Retreat is an intimate wellness retreat held at Anamaya Resort in Montezuma, Costa Rica. Set high in the jungle with sweeping Pacific Ocean views, the retreat is designed as a space to reset, recharge, and reconnect through movement, mindfulness, and nature. Guests can expect twice daily yoga and Pilates, guided meditation and journaling, fresh organic meals, and access to the resort’s sauna and cold plunge. The experience also includes a catamaran adventure with snorkeling and a scenic jungle hike through the Montezuma area, known for waterfalls, tropical wildlife, and lush landscapes. Only 15 spots are available to keep the retreat intimate and personalized. All rooms include air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom. Remaining balance is split into two payments due May 1, 2026 and October 1, 2026. The retreat is non refundable. If a guest needs to cancel, the host will try to fill the spot and may refund payments made minus a CAD $200 administration fee if the spot is filled. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
