Hosted at Catalina’s Hideaway near Santa Catalina, Panama, this retreat blends soulful sunrise yoga, Pilates, barre, gut and hormone health work, nourishing meals, quiet integration time, and playful adventure. Each day is designed to support the body, calm the nervous system, and reconnect guests with their rhythm, energy, and inner knowing. Mornings may begin with yoga, coffee, fruit, and a nourishing breakfast, followed by hormone and gut health workshops, Pilates or barre, vibrant meals, and personal time for the pool, surf, hiking, excursions, or rest.
